Products & Availability
All candles are one of a kind. Once a candle is sold, it will not be recreated. Availability is limited to items listed as in stock at the time of purchase.
Due to the handmade nature of our products, slight variations in color, placement of botanicals, and finish are natural and part of the design.
Orders & Payment
All prices are listed in USD. Payment is required at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud or incorrect pricing.
Shipping
Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days. Delivery times vary by location and carrier. Intentions Candle Co. is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or incorrect address information provided at checkout.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the handmade and one-of-a-kind nature of our candles, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and packaging so we can assist you.
Candle Safety & Use
By purchasing our candles, you acknowledge responsibility for safe use. Always burn candles within sight, on a stable heat-safe surface, and away from flammable objects. Intentions Candle Co. is not liable for damages, injuries, or losses resulting from improper use.
