At Intentions Candle Co., each candle is handmade and one of a kind. Because of this, all sales are final.

 

 

No Returns or Exchanges

 

 

We do not accept returns or exchanges due to the handmade and unique nature of our products. Once a candle is sold, it will not be recreated.

 

 

Damaged Items

 

 

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

 

  • Photos of the damaged item

  • Photos of the packaging

  • Your order number

 

 

We will review the issue and, if approved, offer a replacement (if available) or a refund at our discretion.

 

 

Incorrect Shipping Information

 

 

Intentions Candle Co. is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided at checkout. Please ensure all shipping details are accurate before completing your purchase.

 

 

Cancellations

 

 

Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed or shipped.
